L’Oréal Paris recently launched a new little collection that has caught a lot of attention from everyone, not just bloggers! The paradise collection includes a mascara, a brow pomade and an eyeliner that come in a snazzy rose gold packaging.
I'd seen them floating around on Instagram so had to give them ago. I popped into my local boots store and saw that they were also on a 3 for 2 offer at the time so I got the mascara and brow pomade and then also a brow gel as that's what I was in desperate need of.
Paradise Brow Pomade
When you think of a brow pomade, most peoples minds swerve towards the Anastasia Beverley Hills pomade. I know mine did because that was the first brow pomade id ever bought. The L’Oréal pomade is £5 cheaper and probably more accessible for some people.
It claims to define and fill your brows with a highly pigmented formula. Of course, I was going to give it ago and see if this drugstore product was just as good as the high-end ones, I mean there are a bunch of them out there.
The packing is very sleek and compact which makes life so much easier. There's a little brush built in the brush, now I thought that it was going to be flimsy and cheap and become worn out pretty quick. I was wrong, its the perfect small angled brush great for little strokes and to create defined brows. There are 5 shades available, I got the darkest which is 'Ebony' a perfect match for my hair colour. Whether you have full eyebrows or sparse eyebrows like mine, this is great, you can create thin strokes and then build up the product filling in the brows.

Again, this mascara has a rose gold slim packaging matching the 'paradise' themed collection. This mascara will leave your eyelashes feeling feather soft without any flaking, with a silky smooth formula enriched with castor oil.
I am a bit fussy when it comes to mascara, I like big fluffy brush wands like the benefit bad gal lash, I feel I get a better result that spreads them out more. However, as I was applying my lashes definitely appeared fuller but still natural, this is now my new favourite. It dries quickly which means you can build it up without clumping.
L'Oreal is one of my top favourites, if not my No 1 favourite drugstore brand. I have tried a number of their products and never had an issue at all, even there skin care. In need of some new makeup definitely, check these out! If you have tried the new collection let me know what you think.
